Introduction 

UV 5050 is a synergistic blend of stabilizers specifically designed for coatings. It provides outstanding performance for a wide variety of clear and pigmented coating systems. It is suitable for both water-borne and solvent-borne applications. Its superior effectiveness is particularly pronounced in improved thermal stability, good color maintenance and long-term thermal and UV light stabilization. Replace BASF Tinuvin 5050.

Application:   

Linsorb UV 5050 is especially recommended for exterior solvent-borne industrial and decorative coatings. The use levels of 5050 range between 0.5% and 4% are recommended for protection. It depends on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application.
